The second step is an in depth sparring session to create transparency about the status and maturity level of your strategy / innovation set up, offered as 1-1 setting or multi-stakeholder workshop format for your leadership team (1-2 days).
The outcome is a need-based gap analysis for your organisation, outlining the strategic path forward. It also lays the foundation for our collaboration and reaches from follow-up workshops to full project management and/or interim management support.
